Our camera met its untimely demise when it fell from a rollercoaster at Six Flags last week.
So right now I can't show you recent pictures of our newly employed teenager...the freaky fast new sandwich artist at Jimmy John's!
I can't show you pics of our newest high school student who is over-the-top excited to begin school in a week. He is ready, organized, and r-r-r-raring to go!
Right now I can't show you pics of our newest jr. higher, either. His bright eyes, smile, and laughter are contagious. Oh, how he loves life!
This fall even brings a new position to my husband as he takes on the role of Pastor of Family Life & Adult Ministries. I reeeally wish I could show a picture of him, 'cause I like looking at pictures of him.
Life is marching on with increasingly expected--but somehow glorious--change. We're flexing and stretching and growing. And while many times it's unfamiliar---and often uncomfortable---it's incredibly good. God is showing Himself all over the place, and I am learning daily lessons about His love, grace, and provision. As I tell myself often these days, "It is safe to trust Him."

Amen. It IS safe to trust Him---that's a great way to remind ourselves when we're afraid, anxious, uncomfortable about what's happening, etc etc
.....well said!

Grace and Peace to you, dear friend! So glad you're resting and trusting in Him. We have so much to celebrate...so much for which to give thanks!
