A brand new year.
I'm thankful for the verse that God has lovingly impressed on my heart with increasing volume and frequency over the past months:
A woman who is beautiful in God's eyes has a heart at rest;
a heart that's joyful.
Peaceful.
Hopeful.
She gladly welcomes the days not seen,
fully knowing and trusting the One who holds them.
Oh, God, may it be true of me.

I think of your heart so often, especially as I read your sweet girl's ponnderings and life lessons on her blog. Her heart reminds me so much of yours. What joy to see her flourishing in this new season of life. Praying for you amidst the ongoing change and transition, friend.
