My husband's birthday always feels like my birthday, as I'm reminded of the indescribable gift God has given me in him! He is such a balanced combination of masculinity, strength, gentleness, and sensitivity. I'm so blessed...so thankful...that he lives with such genuineness and realness each day; that he not only tells our boys what it means to be a man...he shows them. He comes alongside them and lives life with them. He invites us to know him and his heart.
My dearest Jon ~ It's been my heart's great joy to watch you "grow up" over these past 20+ years. Thank you for being ever mindful of your desperate need for Jesus. Thank you for loving Him so much and for sharing His love with us. Thanks for your heart of humility, wisdom, and service. I'm simply overwhelmed as I consider the immense blessing God has poured out on me in the form of you.
