I'm on a painting brigade lately, wielding my paint brush at every turn.
I bought this dresser from my aunt at a garage sale.
I paid $7.50.
It wasn't till after I decided I wanted it that I learned it had belonged to my mom in high school.
And before that, it was my grandparents'.
So for $7.50, I even got a little piece of family history. Love that.
A little sandpaper...some leftover paint I found in the basement...and some new knobs produced this:
Makes me happy.
Oh, I'm joining the Power of Paint Party at Domestically Speaking. Check out other great paint projects over there!

Beautiful, I love how you styled it too! I just bought a can of bright red spray paint, watch out old tired lamps:)
It's beatiful! I love it!!! Makes me want to do a project ... can't wait to see it in person, looks like your tile found a new home too :) Love you!
