They're under such demand.
Like so much of Fall,
they disappear quickly.
They can be hard to find.
Perhaps that's what makes
Honeycrisp Apples
one of the most delightful
tastes of Autumn.
Perhaps that's why 10:30 last night
found my husband and me relaxing,
each with a Honeycrisp in hand.
